WHAT DID YOU THINK OF 2003?
If you got a 2003 reunion book, you may recall that there was a survey included. We wanted to know what you thought about that reunion & what you wanted for future reunions.
Almost all of you who replied wanted more of the same. About one quarter of those who received books replied to the survey. And among 2003 attendees, the favorite part of the reunion for the majority was simply the chance to get together, catch up & reminisce. For the few who mentioned a specific part of the reunion as their favorite activity, the casual Friday night mixer was the winner.
One reason for including the survey was to determine whether classmates might prefer some other reunion format. Overwhelmingly, the answer was “No!”. When asked whether they’d rather gather at a resort or some other location away from Worthington, nearly all who replied preferred continuing to meet in Worthington.
A few people who did not attend the 2003 reunion but ordered a book replied to the survey. They said the reason they didn’t attend was mostly because the date was inconvenient. (Informally, other people told us the same thing in person.) So we took that to heart & sent you a notice last September about this year’s date. So no “inconvenient” excuses this year, please! ;-)
